Well our trip to Tahoe was fun, and very much needed. It was so nice to get out of Utah and see family again. We spent a lot of our time just hanging out with the family, which was nice too. And the weather was awesome! I think it was in the high 70's the whole time we were there. Elizabeth perfected walking while we were there and now is all over the apartment. She also got her first fat lip from falling. And I'm sure that is just the start of injuries. Back to Tahoe though. I finally got to meet some family members from the Fabrizio side of James' family. That was fun, and they were all very nice! Elizabeth warmed up to everyone pretty good. The guys took a little longer than the girls, but that's just her personality so far. James and I took Elizabeth to an improve comedy show that James' Dad is involved in, and that was a lot of fun and of course we were lucky and Elizabeth was great the entire time. It was at an old boathouse that was converted into a theater, so during the intermission we took Elizabeth out onto the dock behind it so she could see the water and some ducks. It was fun, and she was so interested in the water. It was Elizabeth and I's first time at the lake.
We got to go see James' Dad perform at a restaurant the day we went swimming. It was a lot of fun. Shawn and Rhiannon got up and danced with Grandma and James and Elizabeth was very interested in Grandpa while he was singing.
We went swimming in the lake while we were there. Elizabeth loved it, but she loves water in general. She didn't really know what to think of the sand, but at least she didn't eat any of it!! At first she didn't like the water because of the waves on the beach, but once we put her in her floating toy she was fine. James, Anna, Mike and I also got to go see the Harry Potter movie while we were there. Tiffany was nice enough to watch Elizabeth along with Shawn and Rhiannon. That was a nice treat, mostly because James and I have been looking forward to that movie since we saw the first teaser trailer in like February! We also go to ride on the Tahoe Trolley. It takes you around to different spots and gives you a sightseeing tour of Tahoe. We all enjoyed that!!
Elizabeth is getting her 2 front teeth right now, and is kind of a grump about it. But she has also learned how to give kisses. She is just really picky about when she will give them out! We enjoyed our vacation, but we are all glad to be home! And we'll get to see most of James' family again at reunion in a few weeks! Well I'm sure you'll hear from me again next week after my next appointment. And no I didn't find out what the sex of the baby is yet because I'm not as far along as originally though. So I will hopefully find out the sex on August 28. And I'll let you all know if my due date is changed.... doubt it will be but you'll all know if it is!

What fun this day was. I have never been to a Six Flag before so it was fun even though I couldn't go on any of the rides really. All 9 of us rode in a big 11 passenger van to Six Flag. Elizabeth did great on both car rides and in the park all day. She just took everything in. Since Elizabeth was technically walking James got to take her on a few rides. She LOVED the roller coaster, but didn't car for the merry-go-round that much. She is definitely my daughter!! We all had a lot of fun, even though it was a very long day for us all. Elizabeth wasn't really interested in the animals, which makes sense at her age. We got to see 3 shows that day. We saw the sea lions, dolphins, and Shuka the Killer Whale. That was the best show, we were all in the splash zone. James, Elizabeth and I sat on the top row so we wouldn't get as wet. The cool thing about it was we were right next to the platform that the whale comes up on during the show so we got to be about 6 feet away. I love Killer Whales so this was very exciting for me. I also managed to find some of the employees that were dressed up like some looney tunes characters and got a picture with them. Elizabeth is so funny, she just stared at Daffy and Bugs but didn't cry, go figure!!
