Happy Anniversary!!

Just wanted to say Happy Anniversary to my parents. Today is their 44th wedding anniversary! We love you guys!

Clayton's 18 month Stats

Well technically it's his 20 month stats. Forgot to get him an appointment until right before 18 months and couldn't get him in for 2 months. But better late than never right?

Height: 32 inches
Weight: 23 pounds

Here is his 15 month stats to compare to. I couldn't remember what they were.

Height: 29 1/2 inches
Weight: 20 pounds

He's growing fast, and getting to be taller and skinnier too. He's now in between the 10th and 15th percentile for his size rather than under the 10th %. He's talking a lot too (and really well considering his hearing problems), climbing into everything and has no fear. He's all boy for sure!

Clayton's New Do

Well a haircut was way overdue for Clay. I wanted to have it done professionally, but Elizabeth was such a chore to keep still I didn't even want to think about taking Clayton yet. So we did it at home with the clippers. It's very different, but it looks very cute. It will take some getting use to, he had such thick hair I never really thought about cutting it. Needless to say he hated the clippers and Grandma made the cut in the back a little too high because we still had a hard time keeping him still, but a sucker made everything better. Here is my handsome little guy...

Got Baby Powder??

Tuesday I was rushing to get all of the kids fed, clothed, and out the door for Clayton's 18 month check-up (I'll post his stats later). Well I had to run to the bathroom (one of the many joys of pregnancy). Well when I came out I found Clayton on top of the fireplace with the baby powder. Lizzie was nice enough to get it and open it (I'm sure she was involved in spreading it around too). Let me tell you this was 5 minutes before we needed to leave, all I had to do was get them dressed and the room wasn't the only thing covered in baby powder. I did my best to get the baby powder out of their hair enough until after I could get them home and give them a bath. I managed to get some pictures first, because I know this will be funny to me someday. Still isn't funny to me though since I'm still in the process of cleaning half of their toys off.

Clayton's News!

A lot of you have already heard our great news, but here it is for anyone that hasn't heard. Clayton is going to be a BIG BROTHER!

Yep I'm pregnant and we are so very excited! I'm 13 weeks 1 day today. Our new little bundle of joy is due February 8, 2010. So far things have been going great. I haven't been sick at all really (which is so nice compared to my other pregnancies) and I'm starting my 2nd trimester so hopefully I will be getting some energy back again soon.

I had a doctor appointment today and they did another ultrasound. I didn't get any pictures from the ultrasound today, but it was fun and touching to be able to see the baby. I got to see the heartbeat, and the baby moving around a bit. Makes me very excited for our BIG ultrasound in September. Yes we are finding out the sex of the baby (we have to dig all our baby stuff out of the storage shed). Here is a pic of the baby from my first appointment at 9 weeks.
