Clay Goes To School

Clay got placed in a preschool with the school district so they can work with him on his behavior issues that we've been noticing. It's nothing big, he has a really short attention span (even for a kid) among other things. His first day was last week and he loved it. He didn't have to be potty trained for this class either, but they told us to send him in a pull up. Well because of that now he's potty training too! We are already making progress from this program since only last month Clay threw the biggest fit/tantrum when I asked him if he wanted to wear his underwear. Here he is getting ready to leave for school. Of course the first day of school it was snowing big time.

When I went to meet his teacher the week before he started she mentioned that there was a bus that picked up and dropped off the kids. She said Clay could ride it too, which made my day. I was stressing about getting all 3 of the kids dressed and ready for the day before 8am. This morning was the first day he got to ride the bus. He was so excited that we were outside almost 10 minutes before it was even suppose to be there. He waited patiently though and was so excited when the bus finally arrived.

He is getting so big!! Hopefully he keeps on with his potty training! Isn't it great only having one kid for a short time during the day?
