Beginning Our Spring Break

We spent James' spring break from school with James' family in Tahoe. Of course we picked a great week to go when they had snow in the forecast everyday! It was so windy on the drive to Carson City and then the plan was get a little shopping done before we headed up the mountain. The wind was so bad from the storm coming into Tahoe that the power was out in over half of Carson City. So scratch shopping! The kids were so excited to finally get to Grandma and Grandpa's. And James and I were so happy that it hadn't started to snow until after we got there.

The kids all loved the playroom. They all loved this car toy too. Analyn of course gave me a really funny face to go along with her picture.

This is just the beginning of all the snow we got to enjoy. This was only after a few hours of us being there and it would get so much worst. The kids loved all the snow though and that is what was important.
