The kids had Friday off of school because of the fair. We also have a Denny's again in Elko. It's not my favorite restaurant, I would much rather have an IHOP, but we thought we would take the kids as a special treat. It was okay. Clay was having an off morning and he was hungry which are not good combinations for him. Once we got him to calm down and eat though he was happy and the kids all said how much they like Denny's. After a little while we headed over to wait for the parade to start. The kids were really impatient waiting for it to start, but once it did they had a lot of fun. Our kids got a TON of candy thrown their way. Analyn especially, she has the waving thing down too and I'm sure people saw her and thought she was cute. Her bag was almost half full. Clay hid behind James for the haunted house float though, but we expected that.
